Franny Decker, a professional fundraiser, started working in politics in her native Illinois in 1999 and has built a wealth of experiences. While in college, Franny worked for Illinois House Republican Leader Lee A. Daniels and upon graduation, she moved east to begin her career in Washington DC. She became a veteran of Capitol Hill, serving for four years under Chairman Henry J. Hyde on the House International Relations Committee. Franny gained her PAC experience while working at the Independent Community Bankers of America. While at ICBA she served as PAC Coordinator and helped raise over $1 million in an election cycle for the first time in the association's history.
Before starting her own firm, Franny served as Vice President-Political Finance for The Oorbeek Group in Washington, DC. There she focused on maximizing the fundraising abilities of lobbyists and corporations as well as Members of Congress.
Outside of her professional career Franny volunteers with the Junior League of Washington, serving in several leadership roles through her seven years of service. She lives on historic Capitol Hill with her husband and their daughter.
Franny is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BA in Political Science and History.
